LVAG and the Outlook Club Art Showcase
Saturday April 11, 2026 from 1:00am to 3:00pm
LVAG has been invited to participate as featured artists at the
OUTLOOK CLUB ART SHOWCASE
We are proud to invite 14 LVAG members to participate in an opportunity to sell your art at the Outlook Club Art Showcase. Participation in this event will be determined based on the first 14 members of LVAG who submit their application and payment on a first-come, first-served basis.
Details: The Art Showcase is open to the Trilogy residents and is a fun event where guests view and buy art! Every participating LVAG member will receive a 6'x8' space that includes a 6' table and for your use. The artists' areas will be spread throughout the event area making it fun and easy for you to interact with the attendees. LVAG and the Outlook Club will be promoting this event to the Trilogy community members through their newsletters and flyers.
To participate each invited artist must be an LVAG member in good standing.
You must complete the following application and submit it with the space fee of $50 by April 20, 2025. Incomplete or late applications may be passed over and your opportunity will be given to another member for participation at the Outlook Club Art Showcase. There is a $0 refund for cancellation of your space.
We only have 14 spaces available.
In addition to your $50 space fee LVAG will be collecting 20% commission on ALL art sold. LVAG will handle the payment for all sales and will add 8.37% (NV sales tax) to all sales, using our point-of-sale system. LVAG will be insured during this event and they will pay all sales taxes collected to the state of NV.
Unless otherwise noted, all artists are expected to bring their own booth equipment/materials.
Furniture and Equipment Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
LVAG will rent the following at a cost. Fees will be collected at the time of the show.
LVAG has display grids for rent and can offer a maximum of 2 grids (5’x3’) for $10 each, with mounting hooks.
LVAG has battery powered light sources for rent and can offer a maximum of 2 at $10 each.
Your artwork must be ready to be displayed or hung using d-rings. Each art piece in your space must include an art tag and be priced. LVAG will provide every artist with a name badge, sales book and name placard.
Set Up and Breakdown:
Check in will begin on Saturday April 11, 2026 at 11:00 am.
Set up will begin after check in. Artists must be ready for customer activity by 1:00 pm.
Breakdown for the event will after the last customer has left the venue at 3:00 pm. Please consider staying and helping the LVAG staff with take down.
