“Due to the rapidly rising rates of confirmed COVID-19 cases in our library facilities and the southern Nevada region over the past two weeks, the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District will close all branches beginning Wednesday, December 16, 2020, through Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Unfortunately, this closure will directly affect the Las Vegas Artists’ Guild exhibit as it will not be accessible until the District reopens on January 4. The artwork will remain insured and secure throughout the closure. Once the District reopens, we plan to take down the work and return it as scheduled. I’m very sorry that another closure has affected the LVAG exhibit, and I’m crossing my fingers everything goes according to planned for your spring (March 18-May 22, 2021) show with us.
Our apologies for the change in plans and any inconveniences. We appreciate your understanding considering the unfortunate circumstances. We also truly value your participation with and contribution to the LVCCLD galleries.” – Clark County Libraries 12/13/2020
