Take a journey into Melanie’s oil paintings and meet the artist.
Her artwork explores the appreciation of beauty, nature, and each other. In her series, Infinite Light, she attempts to paint the power that humans wield when they embrace protective instincts over each other. The symbolic figures wield tools and weapons made of light, creating change through will and action, inspired by neon light.

LVAG Open Call For Art

We are now accepting inventory forms from active members for the gallery exhibition running from December 6th, 2022 through January 21st, 2023!

Form Submission Deadline January 16th, 2023

Below are instructions on how to prepare your art, submit necessary forms and bring in your work to display in the LVAG gallery.

1. Ensure your artwork follows gallery standards

Download our updated Gallery Exhibition Intake Rules and Guidelines and ensure your work is ready to hang following our gallery guidelines. Exhibition display fees are in the Guidelines PDFs.

Use D-Rings and wire for hanging your artwork so it’s snug and strong on the wall. The back of the work should be covered if needed so it looks professional too. If it’s sold, the professionalism will brand you well for future pieces. Fix your business card or Certificate of Authenticity to the back of your piece so the buyer can contact you for more pieces of your art.

Make sure to set up Artwork ID Tags regarding title and price on each of your pieces.

2. Fill out and submit your inventory forms by the due date

Download and fill out the Intake Inventory Sheet Dec. See our Sample Inventory Form for an example of how the sheet should be filled out. Be sure to save your file before you send it. If you do not save your file first, the form will be blank and your inventory will not appear.

Submit completed forms to the LVAG Intake team at lvagintaketeam@gmail.com

All inventory forms must be submitted by November 28th, 2022.

3. Pay to Stay

If you are paying to stay, you’ll need to fill out a new and current inventory form no later than November 28th, 2022, and submit it to the LVAG Intake team at lvagintaketeam@gmail.com

Linda has a fine skill for placing beautiful costume jewelry pieces into a frame to make lovely luxury picture art. This is the biggest collection and show of her wonderful art. The sheer volume of her lovely art inspires us to consider jewelry to be more than small items to adorn the body but can be brought together to make lovely art to adorn our walls too.
